- Help is written for everyday unit life, not for technical staff.
- Topics are grouped so leaders can train others and answer “where do I do that?” quickly.
Who should use it
- Anyone new to the app who wants a calm, step-by-step orientation.
- Adult leaders and youth leaders who want a shared guide for the unit.
- Admins who are setting up the app for your unit and want a clear order to follow.

Daily use
- 1
Jump to a topic when you are stuck
Use the summary and quick actions at the top of a topic to get moving again without reading everything.
- 2
Return to the Main Menu between tasks
The Main Menu is the hub that links Messaging, Calendar, Inventory, Roster Board, Attendance, Inspections, Library, Dutch Oven, Toolbox, and Help.
- 3
Contact support with specifics when needed
If something still fails, use the Support topic so your note includes the unit, the screen you were on, and what you already tried.
What is allowed
- Use Help as the first stop when you are learning the app or helping another leader.
- Follow topics for first-time setup, everyday use, things to avoid, and quick fixes.
- Use the Support topic when these steps do not match what you see after you check the unit and permissions.
What is not allowed
- Do not skip checking the unit you have selected when something looks missing.
- Do not change permissions from random screens when Toolbox > Permissions is the right place.
- Do not rely on old screenshots or chat threads when this Help page has the current steps.
Fix common issues
- Wrong unit selected, which makes it look like events, members, or messages disappeared.
- Looking for leader setup inside a day-to-day screen when the fix belongs in Toolbox.
- Treating a missing button as an app defect before checking permissions and the unit you have selected.
Permissions (admin)
- When access is wrong after sign-in, use Toolbox > Permissions and review default permissions for a role before adding several special-access entries for one person.
- Confirm whether the role already includes Manage Calendar, Take Attendance, Manage Inventory, or Run Inspections before granting exceptions.
